What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing w77.bz, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the w77 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and w77. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

w77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes, but it remains the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

w77 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the w77 platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

w77 may request proof of age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until identity has been confirmed to our satisfaction. Any winnings generated by an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be voided.

• You must be a real, individual person – corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or using casino games.
• You confirm that the funds you use on w77 are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of w77 or any of its associated companies.

3. Account Registration & ; Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on w77. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address – is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during registration. Using false information to create an account is grounds for immediate closure without notice.

• Your account password is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact w77 support immediately.
• w77 reserves the right to request identity documents (CNIC, bank statement or similar) at any point for verification purposes.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated to the account holder.

4. Deposits

All deposits on w77 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). w77 supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods visible in your account at the time of depositing are the current supported options.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. w77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges – this is outside of w77's control.

• Deposits are credited to your w77 PKR balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant provider.
• If a deposit is not credited within the expected time frame, contact support with your transaction reference.
• w77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or from a payment method not registered in the player's own name.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on w77. w77 is not a money storage or transfer service.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This same-method policy is in place to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals. Where the original method is unavailable, w77 support will advise on the available alternatives.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have passed identity verification. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and the ownership of your payment method. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will be held pending until verification is completed.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest, usually processed within a few hours of approval for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account must meet its wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the bonus component can be requested. Your real-money balance is not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• w77 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

w77 offers a range of bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, free spins and accumulator boosts. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The required multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in eligible games before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution breakdown is listed in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy designed to exploit bonuses – including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, low-risk hedging across outcomes or using multiple accounts – will be considered abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on w77 are subject to the rules set out in this section. Cricket markets, including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches and T20 tournaments, are governed by the same general rules with cricket-specific provisions noted below.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets are not confirmed by simply entering the bet slip. w77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time you confirm the bet are the odds that apply, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Abandoned Matches: If a cricket match is abandoned, rained off or suspended before a result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market has a dedicated abandonment rule stated in the market description. Specific PSL rules will be published at the start of each PSL season.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. w77 may suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bet placed after an event-determining incident has occurred but before odds have been updated may be voided at w77's discretion.
• Accumulators: Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for a full win. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator proceeds with the remaining legs at adjusted odds. Accumulator boosts are subject to separate promotion terms.
• Maximum Winnings: A maximum payout per bet or per day applies and is displayed in the betting interface. w77 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any market.

8. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games on w77 – including slots, live casino tables, bingo and crash games – are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) where applicable. Live casino games are operated under standard international casino rules by the respective provider.

• Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be altered retroactively by w77 or the player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in disconnection rules. w77 is not responsible for losses caused by disconnection from the player's end.
• Bingo games proceed once a room fills to the required number of players. Jackpot amounts for bingo rooms are displayed before entry and are subject to the number of cards in play.
• Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within the game information section of each slot title. These are theoretical averages over a very large number of spins and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Any technical malfunction that affects game outcome will result in the affected round being voided and the wager being returned to the player's balance.

9. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use w77 in good faith, for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with casino games in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug or glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known glitch are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables to gain an advantage over other participants or over w77.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity. w77 cooperates with all relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement requirements.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing communication directed at w77 staff or other players via any channel.
• Providing false information at any point, including during registration, identity verification or when contacting support.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

w77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if these Terms have been breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if w77 is required to do so for operational or legal reasons.

In the event of account closure for breach of terms, any balance remaining in the account – including both real-money and bonus funds – may be forfeited, particularly where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts or the use of automated software. Where closure is for a non-breach reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after appropriate checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting w77 support. Self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming section of the platform will be processed promptly and result in immediate account deactivation for the requested period.

11. Limitation of Liability

w77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access – particularly during scheduled maintenance, major cricket event peak loads or circumstances beyond our control.

• w77 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults on the player's device, poor internet connection or any interruption in third-party service providers (including JazzCash, Easypaisa or game providers).
• w77 is not responsible for any tax liability that may arise from winnings in the player's jurisdiction. Players are responsible for their own tax obligations.
• The total liability of w77 to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the relevant transaction period.

12. Privacy & Data

w77 collects and processes personal data as described in the w77 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

w77 does not sell player data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who are necessary for the operation of the platform (payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) and who are contractually bound to protect your data.

13. Responsible Gaming
